i’m verónica lillo-Roith.
I’m a sought-after leadership advisor, trusted guide, and consciousness coach with over 20 years' experience designing and implementing strategy in the areas of technology, leadership, and transformations.
In my role as head of web services for Siemens in Spain I was a key player in creating a revenue of 30 million EUR a year. I coordinated and defined the IT strategy investment for Siemens Industry in Germany steering an investment of 70 Million EUR a year. I then became the coach, consultant and trusted advisor for the Senior Vice President of another healthcare company, with a revenue of 14 Billion EUR a year.
I studied business administration and quit after 2 years to follow my curiosity for exploring unknown paths and decided to study Arabic Philology at the University. I’m a mother of 2 beautiful daughters. And I do fluently speak and work in German, English and Spanish.
That’s what most people know about me, the display window of who I am. But there is another Verónica beyond the display window - the one not everyone knows about.
i’m a light filled, open-hearted being. i am a mystic.
i am the guide for conscious transformation.
I want to change the world of leadership to a place that empowers people to reconnect with their true nature, with their consciousness - because accessing higher states of consciousness is the only way to master the challenges we’re facing nowadays.
I create pluralistic spaces for people to be. I enter a room and shift the energy in it. I perceive and see more than most of other people do. And by doing so, people feel trustful, grounded, aligned, empowered, calm and open.
I create spaces where people see and trust each other - regardless of how different their backgrounds, orientations, ethnicities and consciousness levels are. They feel safe to bring in their unique magic and gifts.
And I teach leaders how to create these spaces.
I don’t believe in a world that praises people for being disconnected from themselves. Being disconnected from ourselves is the main reason for anxiety, suffering, stress, differences, discontentment, and pain.
i dream of a compassionate, free, pluralistic world where we raise consciousness together. a world where binary thinking and judgment become the exception instead of the norm.
I don’t believe in sustainability. For sustaining is against all natural laws of life. I do believe in regeneration though. In our capability to create more of what is needed by creating more of what we love and lights us up.
I understand that we are here to give expression to our divine spirit nature. We’re all light and we're all whole. There is nothing broken or to be fixed.
Every one of us has a piece of truth. And if we see, acknowledge, and combine those pieces of truth, we can create new meanings and opportunities, make the now seemingly impossible possible in the world.
I'm a work in progress. We all are. We are permanent change and evolution.
